311 call hours changed

As of April 10, 2009 the following statement was released by Lisa Allen representing the Baltimore City Mayors Office. 

The 311 telephone call center will have the new hours 6am to 10pm, 7 days a week.

The website 311 online is available 24/7 at https://baltimore.customerservicerequest.org/web_intake_balt/Controller

All non-emergency calls are still supported such as water main, traffic light outage, street debris, etc.
