Non-Members and Members: - Join a volunteer committee
- Help with understanding parking permits and help obtaining yearly permits
- Volunteer with us for SBNA monthly clean up events; dumpsters are sometimes provided (weather permitting) get rid of your bulk goods for free! (non-hazardous).
- Learn about city services & changes to city services at our meetings
- Network with your neighbors
- Attend our holiday social
- Attend a social event
- Listen to business ventures in our neighborhood
- Review our meeting minutes
- Participate in citizens on patrol (COPS) walks - lets track all issues in this neighborhood: missing traffic or parking signs, weeds, graffiti, crime, hazards. Any problem concerning the community can be noted, its not just about a crime walk.
- Make suggestions and bring up concerns
- Volunteer on Riverside Park clean up events
- Find out how to get a tree from the city
- Meet our city neighborhood liason
Members (Paid Membership is $5 dollars per year):
- Vote on issues
- Be put on our neighborhood mailing list
